Some players would prefer the ability to toggle the in-game VoIP (Voice over IP) effectively making it so you must push your key to begin the chat and then push it again to stop, instead of the usual method which requires you to hold the button down while talking.

So now you don't have to hold the button, but press it once and you can talk. Press again and it stops.

To allow this do the following:
1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sierra\SWAT 4\ContentExpansion\System
2. Open the User.ini file.
3. Search for: Aliases[37]=(Command="Button bVoiceTalk",Alias="VoiceTalk")
4. Change that into: Aliases[37]=(Command="Toggle bVoiceTalk",Alias="VoiceTalk")
5. SAVE THE FILE!
